After placing an order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order. Order processing will begin only after confirmation. Once production or processing has started, orders cannot be canceled, especially for personalized or custom-made products. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility.

Returns are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Customers may return eligible products for inspection if they believe an item has a manufacturing defect or was received incorrectly. If the issue is verified, a replacement product will be provided. Emaazz does not offer refunds. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by applicable law.
