At Emaazz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or the wrong item, you may request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We only provide replacements for eligible returned items after inspection.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our facility. Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.
